Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 10 calendar days from receipt and will incur a 15% restocking fee. All returns will incur shipping costs and will need to be shipped at your expense.  All damages (if any on the product) must be reported to us within the 10 calendar day from receipt window, after which no returns or refunds will be provided.

At this time we only offer returns and do not offer product exchanges (unless the product is damaged when you receive it). If you receive a damaged item, please take a few pictures of the damage and e-mail details to us at hello@thechiccasa.com (within the 10 calendar day from receipt window).  We will send you instructions to return the item and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.  All returns will be shipped back at your cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (net of the restocking fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within couple days.

Damage Policy

While we make every effort to send products without damage, sometimes these could be damaged in transit.  Any damage to the product must be reported within 24 hours of package receipt to hello@thechiccasa.com.  Please include detailed pictures of the damaged item and the shipping box with a brief description of the damage in your email.  Please note that damages reported post the 24 hour receipt timeline will not be entertained.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank; sometimes it may take few days before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thechiccasa.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements or Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item, send us an email at hello@thechiccasa.com. We will provide you instructions for the return of items including shipping information. Once the exchange has been received, we will refund you the cost of the original item and request that you place a fresh order for any replacements.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
