When will my order arrive?
Your order will ship from US distribution centers. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you detailed tracking information in order to track its whereabouts. From the moment your order has been SHIPPED it can take 2-7 business days for Parcel orders to arrive to you within the United States and Canada, and can take up to approximately 21 days for LTL orders to be delivered. Most orders are delivered curbside. Due to Covid-19 these lead times have increased and are subject to change as the carriers continue to struggle with staffing and delivery times. We will do the best we can to get your products out the door as quickly as possible and provide you tracking info.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping across the continental US.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, but will likely offer this in the future.
How will my order be delivered?
Parcel orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS are usually delivered without a signature. However, LTL/White Glove Delivery do require a designated date and signature for delivery; for these shipments when we ship out an order, we will indicate the carrier name along with the shipment confirmation via email. Several days before the expected delivery, the carrier will call you to schedule an appointment. Please setup a day and time that works best for you.
Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
We currently ship smaller items to Canada for a fee (calculated at checkout). At this time, we do not ship large furniture items (sofas, chaises, etc.), but may do so in the future. Our growth focus is currently in the United States market and we do not at the present time sell to the rest of the world (but will do so once we expand).
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
While we make every effort to ensure that your product arrives in pristine condition, sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take couple pictures of the damage and send us these images along with a short note describing your concern to hello@thechiccasa.com and we will take steps to fix the situation. Please provide details of any damage to us within 30 days of receipt, items reported as damaged after the initial 30 days (from receipt) period will not be eligible for a refund/replacement.
What if I need to return or exchange an item and who pays for return shipping?
Return process: While we are confident that given the high quality and unique nature of our products returns would be minimal, we understand that preferences change and sometimes an item is not what you envisioned. Merchandise returned must be in the original package in resellable condition, returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at your expense. In the case of a defective product, we will either ship a replacement or provide you with full credit. Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at hello@thechiccasa.com and we will provide you instructions (including a return authorization number) to facilitate the return. All returns will need to be packaged by you at your cost and must be undamaged with product tags (if any) still attached.
Return shipping cost: While we offer FREE one-way shipping to you, returns will be at your expense and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Product exchanges: At this time we do not offer product exchanges. We request that you return the item (at no cost to you as explained above) and place a fresh order for the alternate item you wish to purchase.

Shop Pay installments: Buy Now, Pay Later with Shop Pay
When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into 4 equal, 0% interest installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees and no impact on your credit score*. Please follow these steps at checkout
- Add items to your cart (or shopping bag).
- Check out with Shop Pay.
- Choose to pay in 4 installments.
Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.
*Note: Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to eligibility check and might not be available in all states. California residents: Affirm Loan Services, LLC is licensed by the Department of Business Oversight. Loans are made or arranged pursuant to California Financing Law license.
Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?
If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
Is my information safe on your website? What is your privacy policy?
We do not share your information with third party providers and accordingly all information you provide during the order process (for example, shipping address, credit card information, etc.) are maintained on secure servers in the strictest confidence.
