Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt and will incur a 10% restocking fee. All returns will incur shipping costs and will need to be shipped at your expense. All damages (if any on the product) must be reported to us within the 30 day from receipt window, after which no returns or refunds will be provided. At this time we only offer returns and do not offer product exchanges (unless the product is damaged when you receive it). If you receive a damaged item, please take a few pictures of the damage and e-mail details to us at email@example.com (within the 30 day from receipt window). We will send you instructions to return the item and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (net of the 10% restocking fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within couple days.
Product exchanges: At this time we do not offer product exchanges. We request that you return the item (per above) and place a fresh order for the alternate item you wish to purchase.
